The Mid North gives ready access to great recreational activities of fishing, diving, boating, surfing, hunting, mountain biking, culture and arts in Te Taitokerau.
From west coast harbours, beaches and forest (including Tane Mahuta), East coast to the Bay of Islands and up to Cavalli Islands and Whangaroa Harbour, Far North to Cape Reinga and Ninety Mile Beach, and south to Whangarei with the Hundertwasser, stadiums and Town Basin.
