The team of 32 people have roles on and off farm which all contribute to our pasture based livestock farming business.

We support team members who want to upskill themselves and advance their careers as we believe this continuous improvement will make them and our farms successful.  Our well-resourced business has a short term plan to ensure the infrastructure and systems provide a safe, productive and enjoyable work place for all staff, and a long term view to be environmentally and financially sustainable.

The shareholders are committed to our business being multigenerational so while focused on success with our plan today we are also continuously looking for opportunities to grow through improvement, diversity and innovation.
